Tam St. Armand

CEO and Founder

A wide range of experience, interest and dedication to be fully in the world gives Tam St. Armand an exciting and remarkable perspective on life and business. Tam is as intrigued and passionate about the people as she is about the issues and this is demonstrated in everything she does.

Tam has more than 30 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance & Risk Management, and has extensive experience in risk architecting, brokering, placement and service implementation. Tam has also lead teams in underwriting, complex sales, marketing and consulting. Tam has served in senior level positions as EVP and CEO and currently is the principal of an insurance brokerage that specializes in high risk areas.

Tam has a unique ability to work collaboratively with others and this is reflected in her relationships with global influencers and disrupters. She is in the distinct position of being a well-known connector who puts people and companies together to achieve great results. Above all, in her work, Tam enjoys directly relating to people, listening to what they say and helping them through their greatest challenges.

Tam is most excited about the vast opportunities that her new company, Iter, a social enterprise, will provide to women all over the world. Iter is the catalyst for women buying from women and women selling to women. This basic tenant will affect change and foster positive outcomes for all women involved. In addition to the commerce aspect of Iter, the company offers solutions for personal and professional development. Iter provides women with global access that they can use to create their own success. The company intends to break down well established barriers while empowering and enriching women from all cultures, religious beliefs and political systems.

Kristina Henderson

Director of Communications

As a co-owner of Thrive marketing, a promotional products and apparel company, Kristina has gained transactional business and marketing experience. Before ThriVe, Kristina worked as a producer for NH1 News, where she voiced and edited news packages for broadcast in the Greater Boston and New Hampshire area. Kirstina's experience also includes a weekly news report on BNN News out of Boston. Kristina worked for the Human Rights Campaign on Captial Hill in Washington, DC and gained recognition as a top five fundraiser in the nation. Her volunteering includes a year at Boston Children's Hospital and political campaigns. Kristina received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University in Journalism. When she is not in the office, Kristina enjoys spending her time with her husband, Barton and dog, Gatsby.

Donna King

Chief Culture Officer

Donna King established Social Integrity, an etiquette forum, in 2010 after attending The American School of Protocol. Donna teaches dining etiquette, mindfulness, manners, kindness, social skills and empowerment. Donna has also been a realtor in her community of Monmouth County for 15 years and works with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Middletown,NJ.

From 2005 to 2010 Donna owned and managed a company called Painting Chicks which was an all-woman painting and wallpapering business. Donna also has experience in retail and visual merchandising for local businesses.

In 2017 Donna became an Iter Ambassador and Chief Culture Officer of Iter. Donna's experience will be an invaluable asset to Iter as she focuses on member engagement and community relations.

Dan Liptak


Dan got his start early when he first discovered computers at 10 years old. An internship at NASA during high school put him on a 20 year path in Information Technology. He registered his first domain name in 1998 and has been helping companies big and small build their web presence ever since. With his experience in the computer industry along with his passion for entrepreneurism, Dan's attitude and culture within the Iter team is complete.
